Pre-colloquium activities are scheduled for October 6, 2025, at two renowned hospitals: Hospital Robert Schuman & Rehazenter Center.
The main Colloquium will be hosted on October 7th and 8th at Luxexpo The Box, within the framework of the Healthcare Week Luxembourg.
Multiple ticket options are available, including individual and full colloquium packs. Special fees are applicable for group registrations, with a minimum of 5 individuals from the same institution required. Fees are available for both members and non-members.
As activities sell out, they will be removed from the website. Secure your spot or join the waitlist by contacting [email protected] for a seamless registration process.

Please note that a single user may purchase up to two items in their shopping cart, allowing attendance to both pre-colloquium activities and a single day of the colloquium at the World Trade Center (p.e. Of the three pre-colloquium activities, one can be selected, and for the two days at the World Trade Center, one can be chosen as well).
Additionally, discounts are not cumulative.

* Mid-day passes do not include lunch and are not eligible for any discounts or promotional offers, including those for institutional or individual members.
* These prices include individual membership to SPX. Once your registration has been validated, you automatically become an individual member of SPX for a year.
* All tickets for 7th & 8th October include your accreditation to Healthcare Week Luxembourg. Your accreditation will be activated through SPX.
Colloquium - Institutions Pack

Cancellation and change conditions
All requests for changes or cancellations must be sent by e-mail to [email protected].
In the event of cancellation by the participant before the start of the event, the following conditions will apply:
Cancellation before 5th September 2025: the full cost of participation will be refunded to the participant.
Cancellation after 5th September 2025: 100% of the participation fee is due.
