Registration

If you haven’t registered yet, please visit our registration page to secure your entry.

After your payment is confirmed, you will need to complete the onboarding form so we can prepare your accreditation.

Please go to the reception desk on your first day of attendance to collect your accreditation. Keep your badge with you and bring it each day for easy access to all venues.

Participants registered for the pre-colloquium day on October 6 must select one workshop which will run throughout the day. The timetable and programme for each workshop are available here.

Follow these steps to choose your worskhop:

1) Review the workshop programme at Rehazenter and Hôpitaux Robert Schuman available here.

2) Fill out the “Workshop Selection” form available on this page.

Practical details will be sent to you by email before the event.

All registered participants (for 1, 2, or 3 days) of the SPX Colloquium receive free entry to Healthcare Week Luxembourg.

Your HWL accreditation will be sent to you by email. Click here to learn more about HWL.

You can request your certificate of participation via the onboarding form. All certificates will be emailed within 15 days after the event concludes.

Yes, lunch is included with your full-day registration. A vegetarian option is available daily. Participants who specified dietary restrictions (e.g. allergies, kosher) in the onboarding form should speak directly with the catering staff.

Note: Lunch is not included with mid-day passes.

Program & Schedule

You can view the overall programme here. A detailed agenda with times and room assignments will be published soon.

The schedule for communication sessions will be announced in September, following the close of the Call for Authors.

Communication sessions will complement our keynote and plenary sessions on October 7 and 8. Each session will be 1 hour and feature multiple contributors presenting on a shared topic.

If you’d like to contribute, submit your proposal by August 1st via the form on this page.

This 6th edition will be held in French and English.

Pre-colloquium (October 6): 3 workshops in English, 3 in French. No translation will be provided this day—please choose your workshop accordingly.

Colloquium (October 7 & 8): Simultaneous translation will be available for all sessions in the Auditorium. Receivers can be collected before sessions; a valid ID is required.

Pre-colloquium: Yes — please choose your workshop by filling out the “Workshop Selection” form here.

Colloquium: No — once registered, you’re free to attend any session scheduled for your selected day(s).

Yes, all participants will receive access to event presentations via email in the weeks following the Colloquium.

All attendees are invited to join us at a networking cocktail which will be held on October 6 at Rehazenter.

Transport & Accommodation

Good news: public transport (buses, trains, trams) is free throughout Luxembourg. Plan your trip at mobiliteit.lu.

Please note: Availability for SPX options is limited. Book early — once capacity is reached, the offer will close.

A cloakroom will be available at LuxExpo on October 7 & 8.

Luggage storage will also be possible at pre-colloquium venues on October 6.

Parking for visitors is available at both Rehazenter and Hôpital Kirchberg, but space is limited. We recommend using public transportation when possible.

LuxExpo offers two parkings:
– North Lot: 750 spaces
– South Lot: 650 spaces

Need help? Read the step-by-step instructions below.

5. You will be notified by email when someone joins.
