The 7th SPX International Congress will take place in Paris from 14 to 16 October 2026, bringing together global experts to explore the latest advancements in Patient Experience. Over three days, the event will foster knowledge exchange, innovation, and collaboration, with Denmark joining as our official guest country for the first time.

Discover the full pricing list here. The early-bird period ends on 3 March, and fees will increase for all participants, including SPX members and for any communications submitted after 3 March.
We introduce new submission categories to showcase innovative PX projects and communications.
Submit your proposal before 3 March 2026 to benefit from the Early Bird period. After this date, submissions will remain open until 11 May 2026, with regular rates applying.
The Scientific Committee will review and approve all communications before 1 June 2026.
A unique feature of this edition
For the first time, the Congress will welcome an official guest country: Denmark.
Internationally recognised for its pioneering work in healthcare innovation, digital health, and patient-centred models of care, Denmark will share valuable practices and perspectives that enrich the international dialogue on Patient Experience.
