We introduce new submission categories to showcase innovative PX projects and communications.
Submit your proposal before 11 May 2026.
The early-bird period ends on 3 March, and fees will increase for all participants, including any communications submitted after 3 March.
Practical information
The Call for Projects follows a structured review and confirmation timeline to ensure a fair and transparent evaluation process. The submission deadlines are set as follows: 11 May for Non-Members and 25 May for Members.
Subsequent review phases and programme consolidation will take place from January to June, leading to the finalisation of the official programme on 1 June.
