The early-bird period ends on 3 March, and fees will increase for all participants, including any communications submitted after 3 March.
Practical information
The Call for Projects follows a structured review and confirmation timeline to ensure a fair and transparent evaluation process.
Subsequent review phases and programme consolidation will take place from January to mid-June, leading to the finalisation of the official programme by mid-June.
