The early-bird period ends on 3 March, and fees will increase for all participants, including SPX members and for any communications submitted after 3/03/2026.
We introduce new submission categories to showcase innovative PX projects and communications.
Submit your proposal before 3 March 2026 to benefit from the Early Bird period. After this date, submissions will remain open until 11 May 2026, with regular rates applying.
The Scientific Committee will review and approve all communications before 1 June 2026.
A unique feature of this edition
For the first time, the Congress will welcome an official guest country: Denmark. Internationally recognised for its pioneering work in healthcare innovation, digital health, and patient-centred models of care, Denmark will share valuable practices and perspectives that enrich the international dialogue on Patient Experience.
The Embassy of Denmark in Paris, located in the 16th arrondissement (77 Avenue Marceau), will host the welcome cocktail, underlining the importance of this collaboration. This will be a true highlight: an opportunity to experience and learn in depth from two countries in one edition – Denmark and France – alongside the wide range of international contributions already part of the programme.

Cancellation and change conditions
All requests for changes or cancellations must be sent by e-mail to [email protected].
In the event of cancellation by the participant before the start of the event, the following conditions will apply:
Cancellation before 1th September 2026: the full cost of participation will be refunded to the participant.
Cancellation after 1th September 2026: 100% of the participation fee is due.
