Institutions accessing registration through MERCURHOSP can benefit from a 15% reduction, already applied to the congress ticket prices on this page.
Pre-colloquium activities are scheduled for October 14, 2026, at three renowned hospitals: Hôpital Foch, Hôpital Necker and Hôpital Quinze-Vingts.
The main Colloquium will be hosted on October 15th and 16th at Châteauform’Le Metropolitan.

PRE-CONGRESS
Each workshop is limited to a maximum of 30 participants.
CONGRESS
The Main Auditorium seats 214 participants; once full, a replay room with 50 additional seats will be available, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note that for the pre-congress activities, only one workshop may be selected. For the Congress at Châteauform’Le Metropolitan, participants may register for one day (14 October), both days (15 and 16), or the full three-day package.
Additionally, discounts are not cumulative.
NETWORKING ACTIVITIES
Please note that registrations such as the 3-Day Pack or the Pre-Congress Workshop Day (hospital sessions) include access to the Welcome Cocktail on 14 October.
A separate networking event will take place on 15 October. Access to this second networking activity is not included in any ticket currently on sale. Depending on demand, it may be offered in June to participants already registered.

Cancellation and change conditions
All requests for changes or cancellations must be sent by e-mail to [email protected].
In the event of cancellation by the participant before the start of the event, the following conditions will apply:
Cancellation before 4th September 2026: the full cost of participation will be refunded to the participant.
Cancellation after 4th September 2026: 100% of the participation fee is due.
