Across the world, patient experience has become one of the key drivers of transformation in healthcare systems. Once primarily associated with hospitals and patient satisfaction surveys, it now influences care pathways, quality improvement, governance, innovation, education, human resources, and strategic decision-making across both healthcare organisations and community-based services.

But what do we really mean when we talk about patient experience? How can organisations develop it in practical ways? And what role should patients and their families play in projects, decision-making, and the transformation of healthcare organisations and systems?

Through keynote presentations, real-world case studies, and a panel discussion, this event will bring together healthcare professionals, healthcare leaders, patient partners, patient organisations, and experts to explore new models of collaboration between health and social care stakeholders and the people they serve—including citizens, tenants, residents, patients, and their families.
