SPX Colloquium – Communication Sessions C3

At the SPX International Colloquium 2025, we are pleased to present the communication panel:
Further listen to identify patient specific needs and improve their experience.

One of the cornerstones of the patient experience has been listening to patients. This session will focus on specific patients or journeys, demonstrating the need to further deepen our understanding of the needs of certain patients in order to implement solutions that can meet those needs.

This session will showcase how five institutions from Belgium, France and Spain have incorporated the patient perspective into their practices and projects.

This communication session will be chaired by Daniel Ritter (president et co-founder of Better World).
