Kelly Cristina Rodrigues is the CEO and founder of Patient Centricity Consulting – the first company specialized in PX in Brazil, founded in 2015. A pioneer in all actions on the subject in Brazil: she structured the first Patient Experience course, the first International Mission on the subject and is the author of the book Patient Experience in Portuguese, which addresses: How to create, implement and manage a program of excellence in PX. She is a professor of Patient Experience at the main universities in Brazil: Fundação Getúlio Vargas, Fundação Dom Cabral, among others. She is a member of the Center for Studies and Research, at FGV and leader of the Technical Working Group on Patient Experience at SOBRASP – Brazilian Society for Quality of Care and Patient Safety.
