Les SPX Awards 2027 récompenseront des initiatives remarquables contribuant à faire progresser l’expérience patient au sein des systèmes de santé. Plus d’informations concernant les candidatures et les modalités de participation seront communiquées prochainement.
À vos agendas : la cérémonie des SPX Awards 2027 se tiendra le 15 avril 2027, accueillie par l’Institution genevoise de Maintien à Domicile (IMAD), en Suisse.

CALENDRIER
PHASE 0 | Préparation de la prochaine édition
- 5 mai 2026 : Session de retour d’expérience sur l’édition 2026
PHASE 1 | Appel à projets
- 9 juin 2026 : Lancement du formulaire d’appel à projets
- 17 novembre 2026 : Date limite d’envoi des candidatures
PHASE 2 | Présélection et vote du public
Janvier 2027 : Un premier jury établira une shortlist d’initiatives. Les candidats présélectionnés seront contactés peu après et disposeront d’un mois pour réaliser une vidéo d’une minute présentant leur initiative.
Mars 2027 : Vote du public. Durant cette phase, les vidéos des initiatives présélectionnées seront publiées sur le site du SPX, accompagnées d’un formulaire de vote. Les finalistes sont encouragés à partager largement leur vidéo, l’initiative ayant obtenu le plus de votes remportera le prix du « Vote du public ».
PHASE 3 | Sélection finale et annonce des lauréats
Avril 2027 : La sélection finale sera effectuée par un second jury composé de professionnels issus de différents pays, sur la base d’une grille d’évaluation structurée prenant en compte notamment le pragmatisme, l’interdisciplinarité, l’ouverture au changement culturel, la facilité d’adoption, le soutien managérial et la mesure des résultats. Les lauréats seront annoncés lors de la cérémonie de remise des prix.
15 avril 2027 : Annonce des lauréats lors de la cérémonie qui se tiendra en Suisse et sera organisée par l’IMAD.
CALENDAR
PHASE 1 | Call for Projects
- 15 December 2025: Final submission deadline.
PHASE 2 | Preselection and Public Vote
- January 2026: A first jury will shortlist a total of 12 initiatives maximum, 4 per category (see rules for selection criteria). Shortlisted candidates will be contacted shortly after and given instructions to produce a video about their initiative.
- 11 to 23 March 2026: Public Vote. During this phase, videos of shortlisted initiatives will be made public on SPX’s website along with a voting form. Finalists are encouraged to share their video as much as possible as the initiative that receives the most votes will win the ‘Public Vote’ prize.
PHASE 3 | Final Selection and Winners’ Announcement
- April 2026: The final selection will be made by a second jury composed of professionals, who will follow a strict selection grid that takes into account certain aspects such as pragmatism, interdisciplinarity, openness to cultural change, ease of adoption and managerial support, openness to cultural change, ease of adoption and managerial support. The winners will be announced during the Awards Ceremony.
- 16 April 2026: Announcement of the winners at the awards ceremony to be held in Paris (France).
HOW TO ENTER
1. Verifiy if your project is eligible for the SPX Awards 2026.
To be eligible your initiative must be underway or in an active deployment phase in the year of the Awards and meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Demonstrate that patients’ expectations were identified upstream.
- Involve patients in the co-construction of solutions.
- Include patients in defining the criteria for measuring results.
2. Fill in the submission form before 15 December 2025 (end of the day).
PRIZES
4 WINNERS PRIZES
A total of 4 winners prizes will be awarded for the SPX Awards 2026: one prize per category as as well as an additional prize for the initiative, among the non-winning finalists, that receives the most votes during the Public Vote phase. The 4 winners will be awarded the following prizes:
- Personalized trophy.
- Speaker at an SPX Talk.
- Featured on the SPX HUB page of the SPX website.
- Featured in the “SPX Awards Guide.”
- Institutions already members of SPX: 50% reduction on 2027 institutional membership.
- Non-member healthcare institutions:
- If the institution wishes to become an SPX institutional member: free membership for the current year (2026) + 50% reduction on 2027 membership.
- If the institution does not wish to become a member: 50% reduction for up to 4 registrations at the SPX International Colloquium 2026. For additional registrations, a 15% reduction will apply.
- Other organizations: 50% reduction for up to 4 registrations at the SPX International Colloquium 2026. For additional registrations, a 15% reduction will apply.
- Broad communication via social media and SPX activities.
The 8 finalists who haven’t won will also be awarded the following prizes:
- Featured on the SPX HUB page of the SPX website.
- Featured in the “SPX Awards Guide.”
- Institutions already members of SPX: 20% reduction on 2027 institutional membership.
- Non-member healthcare institutions:
- If the institution wishes to become an SPX institutional member: free membership for the current year (2026) + 20% reduction on 2027 membership.
- If the institution does not wish to become a member: 50% reduction for up to 2 registrations at the SPX International Colloquium 2026. For additional registrations, a 15% reduction will apply.
- Other organizations: 50% reduction for up to 2 registrations at the 2026 SPX International Colloquium 2026. For additional registrations, a 15% reduction will apply.
- Broad communication via social media and SPX activities.
