COLLOQUE INTERNATIONAL SPX 2024

Born in 2019 with the desire to share, train and debate around the patient experience, the Shared Patient Experience association is pleased to announce its 4th Colloquium on the theme of the patient experience as a structuring lever for health services, which will be held in October in Marseille.

This 4th edition of the SPX International Colloquium will take place over 3 days (1 day of workshop + 2 days of conference). The two days of the colloquium (11 and 12 October) will be structured around 4 plenary sessions, 12 paper sessions and a poster exhibition. They will be complemented by a pre-conference workshop day (10 October) with a proposal of 6 workshops.

The languages of the colloquium and the workshops are French and English. This event is aimed at all professionals, regardless of their discipline or the model of their health structure, since the topics addressed concern all managers working to strengthen the value developed for patients.

Souhaitez-vous collaborer au 5ème Colloque International SPX ? Tous les auteurs intéressés sont encouragés à soumettre leurs propositions de communication en vue de leur évaluation par le comité scientifique avant le 15 juillet 2024 via le formulaire en ligne.

Toutes les propositions relatives à l’expérience patient sont les bienvenues, incluant, de manière non limitative, les sujets suivants :

  • La conception de processus de soutien dans la prestation de services
  • Décisions cliniques partagées : professions, responsabilité, engagement
  • Définition des critères à utiliser pour mesurer les résultats de l’expérience patient
  • Développement des espaces physiques et de l’environnement
  • L’adoption des technologies
  • Participation et prise de décision dans la gouvernance de l’établissement
  • Mise en œuvre de l’expérience du patient et de la gestion du changement
  • L’information et la communication avec les patients

Le Comité scientifique est responsable de la décision finale. L’acceptation définitive ne sera validée qu’après l’inscription au Colloque.

Au total, 4 séances plénières se tiendront les 9 et 10 octobre à l’auditorium du World Trade Center.

Toutes les sessions qui se tiendront dans l’auditorium du World Trade Center offriront une traduction simultanée vers le français, l’anglais et l’espagnol.

Le domaine de la santé exige que les professionnels s’ouvrent au-delà des frontières traditionnelles de leurs rôles respectifs. Le spectre de la collaboration intégrée implique tous les acteurs : des soignants aux patients, des fournisseurs de technologies aux financeurs, des décideurs aux services de soutien tels que l’architecture et la logistique, etc. Un engagement collectif global transcende les limites sectorielles, car collaborer en cohérence est une exigence sociale, mais aussi une voie sûre pour améliorer les performances et les résultats dans le domaine de la santé.

En matière d’innovation et de création de valeur, une compréhension profonde des besoins des patients conduit à des innovations ajustées aux attentes réelles. Tout au long du processus, en recueillant les commentaires directs, il devient plus facile d’identifier les lacunes à rectifier : la co-construction est une des clés en matière d’innovation en santé, car elle engage les professionnels à envisager le quotidien sous un angle nouveau.

Pour être certain d’agir adéquatement, les intervenants doivent s’imprégner des nouvelles valeurs issues de la société en mouvance. Pas facile de naviguer dans un monde en évolution perpétuelle et c’est là que l’expérience patient donne le cap à suivre. Envisager le quotidien de la santé par le biais de l’expérience patient, guide les professionnels à prendre les décisions éclairées en toute circonstance.

L’expérience patient doit être évaluée afin d’en mesurer les impacts. Y penser dès la mise en place des initiatives permet de déterminer si les objectifs fixés amélioreront concrètement le vécu des patients. Des outils existent et nous verrons comment les appliquer.
