ACCREDITATIONS
Please attend the reception desk on your first day of attendance to collect your accreditation.
Make sure to conserve it and bring it with you on each day to access easily all venues.
GUIDED VISIT & COCKTAIL AT HOSPITAL DE SANT PAU
On the occasion of the pre-colloquium day on 8 October, all participants are invited to a networking cocktail at the Recinte Modernista de Sant Pau which will take place from 18:00 to 20:00.
This cocktail will follow a guided tour of the remarkable Art Nouveau site, which was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997. All interested participants are requested to meet at 17:15 sharp at the entrance located at Carrer de Sant Antoni Maria Claret 167 where visits will start.

CATERING
Your lunch is included in your day’s registration. A vegetarian option will be available for each lunch.
Participants with specific diets (allergies, kosher, etc.) can request their lunch directly to the catering waiter.
We kindly invite all participants to bring their own bottle of water, to avoid uncessary waste of non-reusable glasses.
TRANSLATION
Simultaneous translation will be available for certain activities during the Colloquium. Participants who wish to use the service can receive a receiver before the activity begins. Please note that an ID will be required to collect the device.
In the event of damage or loss, a fee of €364 + taxes will be charged.
LUGGAGES
A cloakroom will also be on site at the World Trade Center on the 9th & 10th. There will also be the possibility to keep your luggage at each pre-colloquium locations on the 8th if needed.
