COLOQUIO INTERNACIONAL SPX 2024

Born in 2019 with the desire to share, train and debate around the patient experience, the Shared Patient Experience association is pleased to announce its 4th Colloquium on the theme of the patient experience as a structuring lever for health services, which will be held in October in Marseille.

This 4th edition of the SPX International Colloquium will take place over 3 days (1 day of workshop + 2 days of conference). The two days of the colloquium (11 and 12 October) will be structured around 4 plenary sessions, 12 paper sessions and a poster exhibition. They will be complemented by a pre-conference workshop day (10 October) with a proposal of 6 workshops.

The languages of the colloquium and the workshops are French and English. This event is aimed at all professionals, regardless of their discipline or the model of their health structure, since the topics addressed concern all managers working to strengthen the value developed for patients.

CONVOCATORIA PARA AUTORES DE COMUNICACIONES

¿Te interesaría contribuir al 5º Coloquio Internacional SPX? Se anima a todos los autores interesados a presentar sus propuestas de comunicación para su evaluación por el Comité Científico antes del 15 de julio de 2024 a través del formulario de presentación en línea.

Todas las propuestas relacionadas con la experiencia del paciente son bienvenidas y alentadas, abarcando un amplio espectro de temas que incluyen, pero no se limitan a:

  • El diseño de procesos de apoyo en la prestación de servicios.
  • Decisiones clínicas compartidas: profesión, responsabilidad, compromiso.
  • La definición de los criterios que se utilizarán en la medición de los resultados de PX.
  • El desarrollo de espacios físicos y del entorno.
  • Adopción de tecnología.
  • Participación y toma de decisiones en el gobierno de la institución.
  • Aplicación de la experiencia del paciente y gestión del cambio.
  • Información y comunicación con los pacientes.

El Comité Científico refrenda la decisión final y la aceptación definitiva sólo se validará tras la inscripción formal en el Coloquio.

Sesiones plenarias | 9, 10 de octubre

Un total de 4 sesiones plenarias tendrán lugar los días 9 y 10 de octubre en el auditorio del World Trade Center.

Todas las sesiones celebradas en el auditorio del World Trade Center ofrecerán traducción simultánea hacia el francés, el inglés y el castellano.

El sector sanitario exige que los profesionales se abran más allá de los límites tradicionales de sus respectivas funciones. El espectro de la colaboración integrada implica a todas las partes interesadas: desde los cuidadores a los pacientes, desde los proveedores de tecnología a los financiadores, desde los responsables de la toma de decisiones a los servicios de apoyo, como arquitectura y logística, etc. Un compromiso colectivo global trasciende las fronteras sectoriales, porque trabajar juntos de forma coherente no es sólo una exigencia social, sino también una forma segura de mejorar el rendimiento y los resultados en el sector sanitario.

A lo largo del proceso, al recabar información directa, resulta más fácil identificar las deficiencias que deben subsanarse: la co-construcción es una de las claves de la innovación en la atención sanitaria, porque anima a los profesionales a contemplar la vida cotidiana desde un nuevo ángulo.

No es fácil navegar por un mundo en constante cambio, y ahí es donde la experiencia del paciente proporciona la dirección a seguir. Mirar el día a día de la asistencia sanitaria a través de la lente de la experiencia del paciente guía a los profesionales para tomar decisiones informadas en todas las circunstancias.

Each morning and afternoon, 4 concurrent sessions will take place in the same time slot.
