Pre-colloquium activities are scheduled for October 8, 2024, at three renowned hospitals: Hospital Sant Joan de Déu, Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau and Hospital del Mar.
The main Colloquium will be held on October 9th and 10th at the World Trade Center Barcelona.
Multiple ticket options are available, including individual and full colloquium packs. Special fees are applicable for group registrations, with a minimum of 5 individuals from the same institution required. Fees are available for collaborator hospitals: Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau, Hospital del Mar and Hospital Sant Joan de Déu.
Please be aware that our prices will increase on June 15, 2024. As activities sell out, they will be removed from the website. Secure your spot or join the waitlist by contacting [email protected] for a seamless registration process.
COLLOQUIUM & PRE-COLLOQUIUM ACTIVITIES
Please note that a single user may purchase up to two items in their shopping cart, allowing attendance to both pre-colloquium activities and a single day of the colloquium at the World Trade Center (p.e. Of the three pre-colloquium activities, one can be selected, and for the two days at the World Trade Center, one can be chosen as well).
Additionally, discounts are not cumulative.

Workshops at Hospital Sant Pau
Stay tuned for the exciting announcement of our workshops, all to be held at Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau, with a uniform fee.
Workshops will be offered in English, French, and Spanish. Places on the workshop are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis until they are filled.
Each course has a duration of 3,5 hours, with an optional networking tour around the Recinte Modernista de Sant Pau and closure cocktail lasting an additional 1-2 hours.

Cancellation and change conditions
All requests for changes or cancellations must be sent by e-mail to [email protected].
In the event of cancellation by the participant before the start of the event, the following conditions will apply:
Cancellation before 5th September 2024: the full cost of participation will be refunded to the participant.
Cancellation after 5th September 2024: 100% of the participation fee is due.
