About Ana Martí Delgado: PhD in Human, Legal and Social Sciences from the International University of Catalonia (2017), with a thesis on patients’ rights in the National Health System. Graduate in Law (2006) and in Political Science and Public Administration (2010). Master’s degree in Health Management (2011). Since 2007, she has worked at the Catalan Institute of Health, holding positions in Human Resources and coordinating projects related to patients’ rights. She is currently a collaborating lecturer at the International University of Catalonia and coordinator of citizen care and participation at Vall d’Hebron University Hospital.
